Troubleshooting your rollerball:
Remember to prime your roller! If you’re having trouble, you can prime it by gently shaking the roller.
If you are experiencing any leaking, make sure that the plastic insert is firmly placed within the bottle, and that the metal ball is fully immersed into the plastic casing. Any issues regarding this can usually be fixed by firmly pressing the plastic casing down with your thumb.
